SCMS ("we", "us", "our") provides a field-audit application used by our organization's admins and promotors to capture and review location-tagged photo evidence for assigned campaigns. This policy explains what information the SCMS app collects, why, and how it is handled.
SCMS is an internal business tool. Accounts are created and assigned by an administrator — the app does not offer public self-signup, and it is not directed at children.

Data is stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Firebase Authentication), running on Google Cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted by role: promotors can see their own submissions, and administrative actions (such as deleting a submitted photo) are limited to authorized admin accounts.
Photos you capture but never submit are automatically deleted and are not retained.
Submitted photos, along with their location and timestamp metadata, are kept indefinitely as a permanent audit record of campaign activity.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Data is only accessible to our infrastructure provider (Google Firebase/Cloud, solely to operate the service) and to authorized SCMS personnel who need it to run the campaign workflow.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal account information, contact us at the address below. Note that submitted audit photos tied to completed campaign work may be retained as part of our business's audit records even if your account is removed.
